At hsfabric.com, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite products. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.

We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order.

Never send back an item without informing us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received. Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing and handwork.

We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way, sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.

Please mark the items as defective order returns.

In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money or we may replace the product without additional charges.

All Return/Exchange requests through either of the above modes will be initiated only after the product has been received at our Warehouse Store and passes the physical quality check. We may take approximately 7-10 working days to complete your request. All exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship the product back to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/Debit Card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
